At Rising Sun, we support our youth groups and want to see them strive in every way possible. Our youth is our future and a representation of us in this world. These dedicated groups are here to shape young women and men. Into some of the strongest and most influential adults. Read below for more on each group.
JOB'S DAUGHTERS
All parents desire the best for their daughters, to learn the skills necessary to become women able to compete in a changing world and a global market.
Job's Daughters is the place that makes this happen.
Job's Daughters International offers the qualities that today's young women want and need from organizations that earn their commitment: fun, friendship, helping others and the chance to learn organizational and leadership skills.
Fairness, honesty, respect, and patriotism are the cornerstones of our organization.
Members of Job's Daughters gain valuable leadership experience, serve as part of a team, and learn democratic principles as they run their own meetings using parliamentary procedure, decide on activities, and plan service and fundraising events. Members also have fun together at activities such as swimming parties, dances, family picnics, slumber parties, miniature golf, marching in parades and so much more. Opportunities to travel around their own country and abroad to visit other members typically result in friendships that last a lifetime.
Allowing your daughter, the opportunity to join Job's Daughters will open her world and allow her to learn and practice the ethical and spiritual values of the organization. She will be the role model you've always wanted her to be!

DEMOLAY
DeMolay is an international fraternity for young men 9-21 years that teaches youth leadership development skills vitally needed today. Based on timeless principles and by providing practical, hands-on experience, we develop civic awareness and personal responsibility. Our organization combines this mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship. Notable alumni include Walt Disney, John Wayne, Walter Cronkite, and many others. They have spoken eloquently of the life-changing benefit gained from their involvement in DeMolay.

DeMolay is different from other organizations in several ways. It’s open to all kinds of guys with all kinds of interests. Each chapter has its own personality and each member has a chance to make it what he wants. Rather than focusing on any one thing, most chapters do a variety of activities. DeMolay is infinitely adaptable to the interests of the members!
Another difference is DeMolay’s emphasis on training you to be a leader. It doesn’t happen by accident. When you join, you’re on the fast track to learn youth leadership skills that will help you in school and through the rest of life.
